We discuss the meaning behind the 2020 Solstice, an important and auspicious time, following a new moon total solar eclipse and corresponding with the conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn. What does this all mean?

Glenda shares how Reiki fits with her spiritual practices or Mi’gmaq “way of life” as well as with her work as a counsellor. We also talk about Glenda’s Sacred Fire Healing lodge where she uses a combination of Western and Traditional Mi’gmaq Medicine & ceremonies and Reiki.
