Because some people simply wish to hear the animals and are unable to attend the full Level 2 Horse workshop\, we have developed a simpler one day class to teach animal communication (and dowsing). \nThe class has proven to be a resounding success -with most of the participants to date being able to communicate with and even more importantly – hear their animal friends upon completion of this magical and fun day at Hidden Brook Farm. The key to animal communication is becoming still\, learning to enter the heart space and then gaining confidence with what you hear. Scientists including Dr. Jane Goodall are recognizing that not only are animals communicating with us – but they understand everything we say\, think and feel. DESCRIPTION:Tao of Equus Emotional Intelligence horse clinic\n \nCost:  $250 \nWhen?  This clinic runs from 1-6pm Saturday (mostly inside) and 9-5pm Sunday (with a long stretch outside for the final exercise).  Please bring a lunch\, snacks\, a water-bottle and a journal.  And warm clothes for Sunday. \nDescription\nHow do I describe this clinic?  It changes the way you look at horses and yourself!  But it is so deep and so profound – that facilitators and attendees alike have difficulty putting it into words.  Are we glad we attended?  You bet.  Many attendees come more than once.  Can we understand horses better?  Oh yes.  On a level we did not even know existed.  The same with our understanding of self. \nMany can hear the horses – and can certainly connect better and easier and walk away with a better understanding of what is unseen in both the fields of communication and emotional intelligence.  We understand the wisdom of the horse\, and how to call on it.  We see how horses are affected by energy and emotions and then get into touch with our own.  This clinic teaches us how to disconnect from drama and to live fully from the heart space – in the present!  Interacting with another species on this level tends to make us a better person. \nIt is not a gentle\, easy clinic.  It’s more of a kick in the butt.  But everyone who attends is happy that they did. \nWhat do people say about this clinic?\n“This clinic truly changed my life. I attended the clinic some time ago but what I learned and experienced changed the way I not only communicate with my horses but also gave me insight into my own energetic being-ness.” – Phillipa\, clinic participant \n“This clinic provides the opportunity to connect with people going through the healing process. As well\, it allows you the ability to share your successes and challenges with others in a supportive\, non-judgmental environment.” – Bonnie\, clinic participant.  Bonnie is a powerful animal communicator and shares that her dog Zeus adds – “It (the clinic) makes humans see or become aware of things they otherwise would not be able to.  Also\, the herd works collaboratively with key animal guides and the human’s pets to empower the healing. Healing is deep and continues well after the clinic.” \nThis clinic was born from Linda Kohanov’s work.  And along with her work\, it combines dowsing\, Reiki with animals\, animal communication and my own learning from horses. \nMost people opt to use our horses.  They already know the work so it is not necessary for you do any previous clinics if you wish to use a Hidden Brook horse in this more advanced clinic.  You are also welcome to attend with your own horse (as long as they have already completed level 1 join up and groundwork)  Horses who attend can receive a complimentary Usui/Holy Fire II Reiki placement if both they and their owner wish. DESCRIPTION:Dowsing Day at Hidden Brook Farm\ncost:  $50\ntime: 2-5pm\n“All things may be the easier managed by the Dexterity of the Hand\, and the Divining Rod” -Francis Bacon\, Philophies\, in The Works of Francis Bacon\, 1733 \nDowsing is a practical skill using your body’s reflexes to interpret the world around you. Everyone can dowse using specially made equipment or even with a set of keys or nail on a string. One can even dowse without any instrument at all. \nDowsing is only limited by your imagination and can be used to dowse for anything!\n\nfinding water pipes\, leaks and underground streams\nlocating lost objects\nselecting suitable remedies\nfreshness or safety of food\nwhere to place plants for optimal growth\nfinding missing people or pets\nhelping with archeology\nsacred sites\, earth energies and ley lines\ndetecting geopathic stress\ncommunicating with animals or those who cannot communicate for themselves\n\nFor additional information on dowsing\, check out the Atlantic Dowser’s Society page www.atlanticdowserssociety.org it’s free to join!  And there are some great free resources on the site. \nThis 3 hour session course will cover the following:\nPart 1:  Dowsing:  Do you want to learn to dowse\, or to learn more about using this remarkable tool? \n\nintroduction to dowsing\nforming the right question\nwhat to do if it doesn’t work\nhow to be sure you are not influencing the dowsing tool\nDowsing tools:  L-rod\, pendulum and body dowsing\nDowsing for your personal health\, or that of your pet or loved one\n\nDowsing rods (L-rods) and pendulums will be available to use and also for purchase \nPart 2:  Geopathic Stress:  there are lines of geopathic stress that sometimes affect our lives.  Most times\, we do not spend a significant amount of time in geopathic stress zones – BUT if one happens to cross an area that you sleep – this can be too much for the body to take.  Sleeping in geopathic stress zones can not only affect the sleep\, but it can affect the energy and the health over time. DESCRIPTION:This 4 hour session will cover the following: \nPart 1:  Dowsing:  Do you want to learn to dowse\, or to learn more about using this remarkable tool? \n\nintroduction to dowsing\nforming the right question\nwhat to do if it doesn’t work\nhow to be sure you are not influencing the dowsing tool\nDowsing rods (L-rods) and pendulums will be available to use and also for purchase\n\nPart 2:  Geopathic Stress:  there are lines of geopathic stress that sometimes affect our lives.  Most times\, we do not spend a significant amount of time in geopathic stress zones – BUT if one happens to cross an area that you sleep – this can be too much for the body to take.  Sleeping in geopathic stress zones can not only affect the sleep\, but it can affect the energy and the health over time. Fortunately\, there is a simple way to use copper wire to block geopathic stress in the bedroom.  Kim McCaie will lead you in an exercise where we map your bedroom using a simple dowsing tool and then will help you create the copper tools that will block them from your sleeping quarters!  This can have a profound affect on our health. \nPart 3:  Opening and Balancing the Chakras with crystals:  Sometimes the chakras need help opening and balancing.  Learn how to measure the function of the 12 Chakras (that’s right\, 12) and then use crystals to open and balance any that are not functioning at their optimum level!  This simple exercise can be done on yourself\, but also for others and at a distance. \nWe are considering creating a dowsing group which will meet every 2 months after the session and invite session participants to join. \nIf you would like to sign up for this session\, you can do so by forwarding your payment via email transfer to pam@hiddenbrook.ca or via PayPal here:
